The police officer, seeing how overwhelmed the victim was, immediately adopted a serious demeanor and said to Rosie, "Ma'am, please come with us. You are suspected of domestic violence, which is illegal. Please cooperate with us for further investigation."
Rosie panicked, "Officer, it's not like that, please believe me. I absolutely did not abuse Sunny. Sunny, just think of it as your mom being momentarily blinded. I'm begging you, let me go, okay? I was wrong. I won't do it again. Really, if you come back with me, I'll treat you well, okay?"
