A man in his forties walked into the store around midday.

Amber approached him first.
“Hello. Can I help you?”
The man nodded politely.
“I’m actually looking for the designer.”
Amber gestured toward the counter.
“That would be her.”
Grace stepped forward.
“Hello.”
The man introduced himself as Mr. Haruto.
“I represent a small fashion event happening next month,” he explained.
Grace blinked.
“A fashion event?”
He nodded.
“It’s a local showcase for independent designers. We feature emerging brands.”

“And why are you here?” she asked.
