Chapter 23 - Chapter 22-Collapsing Sky

Soaring through a directed tunnel of energy, Kessa, Cynthia, and Crimson blitz through different solar systems within minutes.

"What did you mean by fight Okara?" Crimson questioned with his hand placed on Kessa's scaly left shoulder.

"During the time of your coma, Okara had began walking a different path... A darker one. Many lives on earth have been lost, many places you so fondly held memories of destroyed."

"Why, what for?! After everything we did to protect the peace on earth! Why just throw it all away?!" Crimson exclaimed his emotions almost causing him to let go of Kessa's shoulder.

"Remain calm, or else you'll never get the chance to find those answers." Cynthia stated as she focused directing them through the tunnel towards Kessa's planet.

"Sorry... It's just, after everything..."

"We believe after the death of Cassa, Okara was led onto this path not only by Astrid, but even Salas."

"I refuse to believe Okara would listen to anything they had to say. Especially after everything we went through with them! It's madness!"

"Whatever the case, your time of peaceful slumber is over. You will prepare to fight Okara. You will win even if it means he has to die just like those before him."

"But I don't know if I'll be able to do it."

"You must."

Crimson remained silent for the rest of the trip as Cynthia and Kessa prepared to put him through intense training.

After a ten minute flight through multiple systems in space. The group made contact onto Kessa's planet.

"Cynthia, make preparations for our training."

"At once my lord." Cynthia nods before tapping her staff against the ground. The surrounding area forming into a massive dome. That allowed as a window to the outside that wasn't consumed within.

"Tell me Crimson, have I ever mentioned my home world?" Kessa asked, removing his golden wristbands from his God Of Destruction attire.

"No, I don't believe we've had the time to talk about such things."

"Then this next part, is going to hurt tremendously." Kessa continues removing the top half of his attire. Leaving only his pants, shoes and decorated waist banner.

Crimson had a bad feeling as his body instinctively entered into his combat stance.

"You see my home world, is unlike any you've experienced. Our atmosphere creates a dense fog that has varying density to it. If you were accused to it. The rapidly changing gravity of the area could kill you in a moments notice." Kessa explained before waving his finger at Cynthia who used her staff to instantly create an exact copy of Kessa's description.

Suddenly dense fog began to float around Crimson and Kessa, filling the dome that was originally created. Crimson's body felt heavier, but not unbearable.

"This is only 10% of the real version of my home world. Cynthia will extensively continue to increase the reality of it. Making it worse as we training."

Crimson flinched for a moment, managing to keep up with everything Kessa was explaining.

"I'm sorry, did you say we?"

Kessa's purple flowing aura erupted around him, and within a moments notice he appeared directly in front of Crimson.

Without a thought Crimson attempted to step back, but his body only reacted about ten percent of what he intended. Kessa driving a rapid and insanely powerful downward punch that shot Crimson head first into the ground.

"Two years slumbering! Okara continued to grow, the angrier he got. The stronger he became! You have become soft! Weak even! You wouldn't stand a chance! Do you hear me Crimson!" Kessa shouted his fist still pointed downwards at Crimson.

Crimson's body began to dig into the ground as the density changed once again.

"There it is! What will you do against constant change?! Unpredictability!"

Kessa stepped back as he stared Crimson down.

"G-GRAH!" Crimson grunted trying to force himself up. His hair drooping from the gravity changes. Blood becoming jagged as it's pulled from his bleeding face.

"Two years, millions of lives lost! While you slept like a baby!" Kessa snarled even louder.

"I-I h-had no control of that!" Crimson shouted as he continued to force himself up.

"Of course not! Because you're weak!"

Kessa got bored of watching Crimson struggle to get off his knees and insisted on helping his own way. Approaching Crimson and grabbing hold of the back of his Gi. Then with no struggle lifted him from the ground, immediately followed by an insane burst of motion that led into Crimson being launched against the ever changing gravity.

Crimson's eyes shot open as he continued flying upwards, only to instantly see Kessa face to face with him as if he's toying with his pray. His slit iris's staring him down with intent to kill. Suddenly the fog shifted and got heavier. Causing gravity to begin slowing Crimson down, instantly forcing him down within seconds. As he starts barreling towards the ground, Kessa appears behind him and adds more momentum. Just standing on Crimson's back, his tail flowing in the wind and arms crossed.

"You're going to die, if you continue to disappoint me!" Kessa exclaimed as he watched them rocket towards the ground.

Crimson struggled to keep his eyes open as the bursts of wind blasted him in the face.

"Transform! Fight back! Do something! Make me remember why I chose to save you!"

"FINE!"

Crimson and Kessa nearing the ground as Kessa loudly snarls with a roar. Attempting to match Crimson's drawn own awakening.

"HAAAAAAA!!"

Seconds remained before sudden impact into the ground. Crimson's eyes changing from black to red, his hair wisping into a fiery red as his aura developed into a red and orange fiery eruption.

"RAAAAHHHH!!!!" Crimson erupts as his transformation into Super Saiyan God pushed Kessa off him and forcefully stopped him from colliding into the ground. He spins forwards repositioning himself in the air.

Kessa lowered to match him in height.

"It's about time you used the God Ki we so graciously taught you."

"Sorry, but as you said... It's been about two years since I've last used this form... I'll need a refresher."

Crimson's slimmed body radiated godly energy as he stood ready in Super Saiyan God. Not only to fight against Kessa, but also his treacherous home world replica.
