Third person POV
Later, as the ferry sailed towards Libro Island, Rico and his Riolu were looking at the view of the blue sea as Pidoves were flying across in the sky. Jonathan and the others were looking at the view from the seats in the viewing deck. Shion was looking at Rico seriously whilst enjoying the view. Later on, at 6:18 p.m., the ferry arrived at the pier on Libro Island, in its main capital town called Aklat-An. Seeing that, Rico and the others were excited to get off and explore the area before going to rest up at a hotel or inn later.
After that, as the vehicles and passengers and their Pokémon got off, the group got off and walked towards the terminal, before exiting it to the town center as the sun set on the western horizon. Aklat-An was a small provincial town and was a center of literature and books in the region. Rico and his group went around with enthusiasm. Then, by 6 o'clock, the lights were turned on, and the streets were lined with small-time vendors selling food, drinks, and books and other products. Rico and his group marveled at this normal event and browsed for a few hours into the night. Jonathan and Marshall bought some books and a handful of food for tomorrow's breakfast meal. Rico and Shion did the same with a smaller number of items. After all that small-time, cheap-pricing shopping, the group checked into a hotel and had two rooms for themselves at a low price.
The next morning, after waking up, the group are at the hotel's dining hall, Jonathan is cooking pancakes and making some toasted bread on pans while Rico and the others are at the dining table waiting for their meal to be done. But while staring at the cooking food, Jonathan was in deep thought, thinking, "Man, Rico knows better than I do...But how…?"
But then, this distraction and zoning out caused the pancakes to burn on the hot metal cooking equipment.
Luckily, Rico and the others saw that and quickly alerted Jonathan about it. Jonathan snapped out and was shocked to see his cooking burning up, before immediately taking the one side-burned pancakes out before it burns more.
A bit later, once the pancakes and the toasted slices of bread were served on their plates, Rico and the others were disappointed at the results of the pancakes.
