Maggie intentionally stood by the entrance to the house thereby denying Ella passage. She scrutinized Ella from head to toe and observed that she was pregnant. This further infuriated her as she realized that Ella would forever remain married to her heartless and unaccepted husband.
Aside from Ella who was standing before her, Maggie observed the luxurious cars that Ella came in and the bodyguards, who were acting like State Secret Service agents. This got her wondering why Ella needed so many security agents.
"Hello, mum," Ella said calmly. She acted as though her mother's first statement or sneering didn't get to her.
Maggie dramatically looked around and behind her as if she was searching for someone.
"Who are you talking to?" Maggie sneered. "You must be mistaken, because I do not know who you are. I once gave birth to two beautiful girls but one of them kicked me out of her house and her life. So, I only have one daughter now. I do not know you neither am l your mother."
