"No! " Horus screamed as he jumped to his feet, a blade within his hands that he pointed to Thoth's throat, "If this is another one of us your riddles and sick twisted narcissistic games, I will have no choice but to kill you myself."

Thoth relaxed on his seat looking completely unbothered by Horus's tantrum and threats. His eyes gazed upon him in a bored expression and his mouth twisted in an unimpressed pout. His long elegant fingers reached out for his wine glass which he took a sip of with uncanny elegance.

"I don't see the point of you gods going through such great lengths to get me only for me to be abused at every wake. If you do not want my expertise then I might as well go back to my Kingdom, I've wasted enough time here as is," he pressed the back of his palm against his forehead in an attempt to show his distress.
