Journee kept fidgeting with her fingers while William's phone was on his bed. All were waiting for Graham to send the number.
"What is taking so long?" groaned Journee.
"Then why did you break your phone?" taunted Kay.
"Really? You want to irk me now?" she warned him.
"Okay, geez! I need to go and talk to your therapist about your anger issues," said Kay and looked away from her. He knew she was going to blow at any moment. She kept staring at him with squinted eyes. "What?" he asked innocently.
She gritted her teeth and was about to say something to Kay when William's phone chimed with a message notification.
"Thank god!" whispered Kay.
"Yeah, thank God! You are saved!" teased William.
"I hate you both," groaned Journee and immediately dialled the number. One whole ring, but the phone was not picked up. "Wh…? What? Why is he not picking up?"
"You know he would have left the office by now, right?" asked William.
