Archer was busy with his thoughts while coming out of the hospital and while travelling back to his apartment. He didn't care if anyone was following him. He knew that even if anyone followed him, they would see that he was going back to his home, as he had already told Zion. There was no need to do his escape manoeuvres.
He had Journee on his mind. He had to know what she was thinking, what she was planning. He knew the way she and William talked loudly inside the hospital was suspicious. She wanted that information in the world and the Hall family to hear it.
