Nessy was still in the trance and didn't know all that was going on, nor did she realize that Geb was no more.
Ra looked at her one more time to admire her excellent form, his mother's form which now belonged to his consort-to-be. He took a deep breath in admiration, then called her out of the trance as she fell into his arms immediately. She was weak.
Ra could understand why it was so; she had overstressed her will when she had been outraged earlier in the cause of saving Geb. Well, luckily for her, Geb was saved and had now returned to his abode, so she succeeded. But too good for him, he now had a new, powerful, and graceful consort, all thanks to the earth god Geb.
"Isis," Ra called softly.
"Yes, supreme father," Isis answered with a bow.
"Announce to all Egypt by morrow that I, the supreme god of Egypt, the sun god Ra, have taken a new consort and she shall gift you all with her presence and glory only when I say the time is right for so to happen. Understand?"
