Jehan handed Nessy some clean sheets and a nighty as she led her to a room she had prepared for her.
They had just come back from the past and Aisha had refused to say a word to anybody, not even her, as she just locked herself up. She had no choice but to follow Jehan to her own room as she too was tired and needed some rest.
"Thank you so much, Jehan." She took the sheets from her and gave her a wry smile but she couldn't return it, as she was too pained to.
They all had heard what Nut did to Aposis and smiling back to her right now was something someone as free-spirited as Jehan could not just do.
'Dammit, Nessy,' she cursed herself within, feeling stupid for smiling at her in the first place, what was she even thinking, cheering her up?!
"I shall take my leave now, my lady." She gave her a slight bow as she left the room.
"Of course."
