Merid watched as the small snakes entwined, their tails slowly unfurling, seeming to be stopping their knotting.

Removing her armored suit, she released the heavy object in front of her chest and looked through the window at the empty roads on either side. By now, they had driven off the highway and were traveling through a rural area.
In a few more hours, they would reach the transfer station, unload the goods, and hand them over to another team for transport to confuse the judgment and avoid pursuit from the Fermi Research Institute.
Given how far things had gone, the Fermi Research Institute was sure to catch up.
