"Haruki won't let him suffer any injustice," his father said hopefully.
Hearing his father try to assure him with something his father did not even sound persuaded about, he wanted to walk out of the office but he knew they had to think of something together.
"I just hope Haruki did not give the order to get him locked up. If they can persuade Haruki that Hiroshi was behind it, I don't think it is right for us to depend on Haruki alone," Aki said with a sigh as he tried to calm himself down.
With every attempt, he seemed to fail because he knew it would be challenging to rescue his brother if those people made up their minds to kill him. He could not depend on the country's justice system because it would be a futile attempt against someone as powerful as Haruki.
He could also not fight against them directly. He could not hire anyone as powerful as Ren and his men.
"Is there a way you can get me to meet Hiroshi?" he asked as he settled down in the chair.
