The procession was made up of four {Longhorn Mares}.
The {Longhorn Mares} were creatures with large crevices on their backs that could house a decent number of people. They had evolved that way to raise their going away from the dangers of the ground.
On their heads were enormous spiral horns that let out a soft glow in the shade of twilight. In some sense, they were beautiful creatures.
They were also semi-aquatic, and hand been found nesting in a tide pool at the far ends of the beach.
Thankfully, they were rather docile creatures so forming contracts with them was not too hard. They fed on a specific type of coral that only grew in thw tide pools. Fortunately, there was a terrifying abundance of this coral, meaning they were easy to maintain.
Still, even with four Longhorns, the number of people in the procession was not a very large number.
There were also a few of people ahead of the procession.
