Vexen was delighted to see that his quest was going very well, he decided to try and find Rufus, and the other slaves, so he could save them. Vexen hurried over to the slave house and kicked the door down. The slaves were afraid, they had never seen anything like Vexen's current appearance, so they ran to the back wall to try and get away from him.
The first thing Vexen did was look for Rufus. When he finally found him he was shocked, Rufus had cuts and bruises, all over his body, and to make matters worse, Rufus looked like he hadn't eaten in a long time.
Vexen went over to him and said, "Rufus, It's me, Vexen". Rufus recognized Vexen's voice and shed a single tear, because he was to weak to cry. Rufus didn't even have the strength to talk, so Vexen decided to ask a question that would change Rufus's life, "Rufus, would you like to have the power to take revenge on those that have wronged you?, let me warn you in advance, if you decide to take my offer, you will become something that people will fear, and your body will change into something fitting of such fear".
Rufus didn't even have to think about it and nodded yes.
Vexen then asked Ras how to do the ritual of rebirth.
Ras then told Vexen how to do so.
[First use your blood to make a circle on the ground big enough to place Rufus's body. Second, you need to have Rufus drink a drop of your blood. And lastly, after the other steps you will need to kill Rufus and chant these words, "Renascitur Inanis". He will then undergo a transformation into a Revenant.]
Vexen didn't even hesitate to do what Ras said.
He made the circle, then had Rufus drink drink a drop of blood and placed him in the circle.
Vexen then snapped Rufus's neck and said the words, "Renascitur Inanis".
Afterward he heard a notification and saw a message.
