I looked at Benedito with expectant eyes as he scratched the back of his neck with a grin. He kept on humming as if that would buy him enough time and I would just forget about all of this then get hungry.
As if I was that naïve.
"Well as you know I am a man of technology and I run security systems for governments, internet platforms and even the World Bank itself," he pressed his hands together as he looked at me with raised eyebrows.
"You do security features for governments!" I gaped. No wonder he was so chummy with world leaders, he was the one who controlled their whole programming basis.
"I do," he nodded, "therefore at any time of the day I can hack into anyone's phone by just an image search and a name. From there I can delete things on their devices I do not want them to see. That is why there is barely any articles about me because I also own a large sector of the news and media outlets. Plus I have an overall control over social media."
