Zhang Yuan felt relieved only when he saw Bai Ruxue's reaction.
"Little girl, I'm waiting for you to cook me some delicious food!" Zhang Yuan said casually.
"Okay! I'll make you something delicious tonight! Stay with Xiao Feng!" Bai Ruxue nodded.
"Don't worry! The little guy will fall asleep once he's full!" Zhang Yuan went over to the sofa and sat down. "Today's been exhausting!"
"You rest! I'll go get ready!" Bai Ruxue put down her shoulder bag and left the room, headed downstairs to prepare dinner.
Once in the kitchen, she noticed how spacious it was. The cabinets and cupboards matched the color scheme of the sofa, though they weren't made of fancy hardwood; they still looked nice.
Bai Ruxue shook her head at the cookware Zhang Yuan brought back from the supermarket.
Men just don't get it! What's all this stuff?
She put everything back in its original place at the supermarket and took out the proper cookware again.
