"Oh my god, my darling!"
Shiva's wife, Parvati, rushed over to her husband's suspended body in tears.
She threw herself on top of him and sobbed violently in relief. Lailah wrapped her body in a hug and whispered in her ear.
"It's alright, he's going to be fine. Your husband held on long enough for me to get to him. Now all he needs is rest."
Parvati through herself at Lailah next. A river of godly tears streamed down her shoulder.
"Thank you so much, Lailah! Thank you! Bless you!" Parvati kissed both of her cheeks warmly.
Lailah smiled in earnest. She knew exactly how the goddess felt in that moment.
She gently pressed her forehead against Parvati's and wiped her tears.
"All will be well now, my friend. No one is going to be taking our loved ones away now, or anytime soon."
A rebuilding effort was taking place in the heavens.
