The sudden voice of the King came as a shock to everyone as not only was it rare for him to raise his voice, but the anger behind every word he spoke could be detected, and hence everyone from where they all scattered gathered on their horses. On each of their faces were questionable gazes directed towards the king who rode in on his horse.
The questions on the tip of their tongues, ready to question the king, were immediately tied when they saw whom the king carried.
Arrow? Blood? Perdita? Who shot her?! Were the three questions that immediately struck in their minds which no one dared ask as it would trigger the already furious King.
