The dusk made everyone frown. The rivers seemingly making faces across the Realms. No one could have been for certain but the Stairway conscious was knew it was because of the beast itself trying to squeeze its way through the portal.
"Such a strong power trying to enter." The Stairway conscious spoke.
She was crying not just small tears either. These tears would almost be raindrops if someone did not know any better.
In the Demon Realm
"The Charged Beast is entering the Mortal Realms!" A couple of vice commanders shouted towards the Shadow People.
The commanders all knew that if this plan failed. They too would die horrible deaths. Surviving is what they needed to do and ensuring that the past enemy survives also helps them survive.
In the Heavenly Realm
"Did the Mortal Realms get fully evacuated?" Deathholder asked.
"It did. However, demons have broken up into groups to see where the Charged Beast enters for Rex to fight him." His butler told him.
This was going to be either the toughest fight that they have ever seen or the most humiliating fight for the Shadow People. Either way, this fight was on everyone's mind.
In the Fifth Mortal Realm
The demons were spread out and then a portal opened in front of a group of demons. They immediately ran to cover in the city just behind them.
They begin to call everyone in order to tell him where the Charged Beast was entering at. Upon getting the call Lilith sent word to the Diablo.
Diablo was standing next to Rex directing him where do the charge be was entering. Even Frulen and also total Rex where the Charged Beast was entering.
Rex entered the Fifth Mortal Realm with Diablo and Frulen. The Spider Queen Death instantly moved the couple straight beside the portal while staying inside the city.
Rex was pleased to know that the fight would be here first. This Realm has been rebuilt to ensure that it is sturdy enough for a major fight.
An uneasy feeling was coming from the Charged Beast. Even as Rex walked towards the open field beside the city. Rex knew deep down that he only could win through one way.
He is powerful, the Charged Beast would either learn through him using Qi or others using Qi.
What he had to do was simply fight in melee hard enough that the Charged Beast could not actually fight against Rex. While the Beast was still walking in.
Rex's dragon came down from the Ninth Realm. It wanted to be close to Rex. As for his tiger, it went with the women. Someone had to ensure that they were protected and he was a better choice.
The Charged Beast finally made entry into the Fifth Mortal Realm. This was a different Beast than what Rex had expected.
This beast was very slim, powerful metallic springs for muscles, the skin of those it had killed as trophies to a champion of sorts, it had a tail that was similar to a scorpion's tail, the head like a tiger but a mane of a lion, and the body itself looked artificially made but it was naturally evolving through fights.
The Charged Beast looked around. The sight of the empty Mortal Realm frustrated the people talking to the Shadow King. The Shadow King glad that everyone was able to leave.
The people there were not and wanted to send the second in immediately to kill everyone alike for people have betrayed them.
The Shadow King shut them up. Betrayal would have allowed the humans to be in fear of the Charged Beast and trample over it without the beast being able to fight properly.
The other people were not pleased with this idea but accepted since it came from the Shadow King this time.
"Winners are born not just from practice and training. Winners are born from those who fight on the front lines willing to do what it takes to win.
The fight now one has such. So prepare yourself for this fight is going to become something that will be watched across generations.
Allow us the pleasure to watch a magical fight between the strongest Demon King and our strongest Charged Beast in the Fifth Mortal Realm!" The Shadow King declared.
He was even kind enough to open a portal to show the fight in the Demon Realm.
Before the fight could have even been declared as started. The Charged Beast roared and through a couple of feints slashed across Rex's chest.
The Charged Beast smiling as Rex's robes are tattered immediately. The claw mark slowly bleeding but it was just enough to allow the poison on the skin to go in.
Rex now having to play catch up. He did not want to fight like this. The Spider Queen Death wanted to jump in and help but seeing the speed of feints. She knew that she could handle those but if the beast could tear through her webs that would not be good for her.
Instead, she placed a few in different places. This was to see if the Charged Beast would pay attention to where it stepped now or if it was solely focused on Rex.
The women in the Demon Realm felt as if their lives were on the line when Rex got that slash. They stood strong knowing that even impossible odds were good odds for Rex.
