Chapter 1109 - Chapter 1106 The prebattle is over

The Charged Beast seemed to laugh at the taunts. It sized up ready to fight them all it deemed them worthy enough to die in battle.

Rex walked back in front. He was still weakened from the poison but the wounds had healed up.

"Let me rest a little bit and we can continue." Rex told the beast.

He sat down in front of all of them. The women upset that Rex was doing such a thing but he had no time to wait.

The Charged Beast was pleased that his opponent now was more like a fighter than a weakling.

The beast also sat down because it no longer wanted to use dirty tricks against Rex. The howled amd it was a mix of a scream and howl.

The women felt compelled to attack but did not because Rex was in front of them. Then they felt it. It was as if time itself was slowing down around them but speeding up for Rex and the beast.

Even in the Shadow Realm, they never knew of this ability. This caused them to realize how they usually ended up dying at the beast.

"Everyone prepare for the worst!" The Shadow King declared.

He knew that this battle would not only take a lot of resources for Rex but from them as well. The people in the Demon Realm also noticed the effects of the ability used. There was nothing they could do about.

High above the all of the worlds and Realms three people stood. One of them the creator of the beast, the second someone who has vouched for Rex, and the last one a gambler.

"We gave it that ability to ensure that Rex can fight at his full potential correct?" The creator asked.

"The beast would will lose either way. I allowed it because it is better for Rex to be the one to defeat it." The person who vouched for Rex said.

"I am just a gambling man. I did so with the previous world I was assigned to. Lucky me, I was able to win it big." The man spoke.

"Screwing another man's wife is not something to be proud of especially when that person almost banished you for actually getting his wife pregnant." The creator of this beast spoke.

"A gambling man can lose but when a man who has something to lose actually loses. That makes the biggest difference." The gambling man spoke.

"How long till that child is born anyway?" The creator spoke.

"It has been willed into time for it to be born once Rex becomes a Godly Qi user within his Godly Realm." Thr gambling man spoke.

"So what about six months?" The one who vouched for Rex asked.

"Give or take yeah." The gambling man replied.

"Where are you allowing it to be born?" The one who vouched for Rex asked.

"There is a world where the current goddess decided to not pay attention to it. It will be born into a Duke Family. Although the man's wife could have bought it into the universe naturally. Both her husband and I agreed to let my son grow within the Mortal people until that child knows what a true loser I am and what a lost it would be for that child to be with a man who is not a true father." The gambling man spoke.

"It could have helped your case and even given you a reason not to gamble anymore." The creator spoke.

"Naw, gambling with people is fun. It just takes a man to have been a mortal to understand how good some people can be and others not." The gambling man laughed.

The others did not take his words serious enough. One thing that they did know was that he was right about one thing. Being a mortal person and then achieving the power to live for a long time is better than to have been born into it and never know anything else.

"So it seems like Rex is almost fully recovered." The one who vouched for Rex spoke.

"Indeed. Let us drink merrily and sing praises for those who wish to know about the battle between a Mortal Man and a Beast Created from Godhood." The gambling man spoke happily already with bottles in his hands.

"You never seem to understand." The creator spoke in a tone that was both irritated and happy at the same time.

"Of course, I will do a small drink." The man who vouched for Rex spoke.

All three of them took a small drink and cheered happily for Mortals who can become Immortal.

As they cheered, Rex realized he had recovered faster than he even anticipated. He was curious as to how it happened.

Both beast and man stood when Rex did. It did not matter if the beast was across from Rex or not, the same for the man.

Both began to cheer for the winner whom they wanted. The crowd cheering for Rex was heard from the Shadow Realm. The Shadow King had opened a small portal to see what they were doing.

"The true battle begins. This battle is not just for us or them, it is not about who is right and wrong, about conqueror or defender, this battle is all about who survives and who dies." The Shadow King spoke to an otherwise empty room.

The words he spoke echoed throughout all of the Shadow Realm. No one dared to speak otherwise and listened very carefully.

"The battle is not just a simple victory or lost. This will determine who wins and loses. If this beast dies, the other will also. If this beast survives the battle and loses against others. The other beast will have already learned.

To those who wish to bring peace and joy into the world and those who wish to bring destruction and death. The prebattle is over, the winner and loser will be determined within the Mortal Realms!" The Shadow King declared.

Every single Shadow Person heard and cheered for the words spoken by the Shadow King. He hated how he had to be evil in the face of people but those controlling him hated how he could easily motivate the people.

As for Rex and the beast their clash happened once the Shadow King ended his speech.
