The corpses of Wanadis's monsters erupted in a series of deafening explosions, the force of which shook the ground and sent debris flying in all directions. Wanadis barely had time to react, his dark energy shield forming just in time to absorb the brunt of the blasts. However, the sheer intensity of the explosions left him momentarily disoriented, his focus shattered.
Zaratu seized the opportunity, commanding his remaining undead minions to swarm Wanadis. The skeletal warrior lunged forward, its bone club swinging with relentless fury, while the lesser undead clawed and bit at Wanadis, their numbers overwhelming him.
"Now, Elara!" Zaratu shouted, his voice cutting through the chaos.
Elara, having completed her intricate spellwork, unleashed a surge of purifying energy toward the dark pillar. The spell struck the pillar with a blinding flash, causing it to shudder and crack. The dark energy that had been emanating from it began to wane, the malevolent pulse weakening.
