As Kimodo and his secretary, Shina, we're descending from the sky, Shina took out a very mystical and well defined dagger from her inventory. This dagger was made from the tooth if the deceased dungeon boss, mother of the World Devouring Dragon (Read Chapter 9 for reference).
As they continuously descended, Kimodo screamed jokingly, "If you don't stick the landing, I'll deduct 70% of your salary this month, got it?!!!".
"You cruel bastard!!!! Last year, you literally swam in boiling lava in a volcano saying we were on a vacation!!! And you didn't even protect yourself with mana!!! Now you're bullshiting with me by cutting my hard earned salary because of a simple fall??!!!", replied Shina, rather harshly.
"....Ummmm.....yeah! Deal with it!!", he said laughing while somersaulting in the air.
Shina gripped her teeth and dagger and swang it vertically in the air. Almost immediately, a rift in space appeared and they both fell into it. The reporters at the building with their cameras were shocked due to the scene they had just witnessed.
Immediately after a few seconds another rift opened at ground level and they both cane out of it in style. Shina with her ruffled up long wavy orange hair had her legs shaking and finally dropping to the ground while panting.
"I swear on of these days I'm go....." "Good job 'kitty cat'!(this was a nickname given to her by Kim) 40% raise for your efforts", Kimodo said interrupting her swearing with his hand softly patting the silky hair on her head.
Shina immediately became quiet and started to blush. She was one of those women who appreciated compliments more than money (fuck that shit nigga!! You know damn well it's because of the raiseš )
"Ok let's go inside. We've kept our guests waiting.", Kim said. Shina stood up with the quickness of a meerkat and lead him as they walked into the Arthuro Auditorium and all cameras were focused on them.
Now to get to the reason for this interview, it's been hundreds of years since dungeon outbreaks started happening around the globe and humanity had just started getting used to it. One day, all of a sudden after Kimodo has soloed an SS rank dungeon in Korea in less than 3 minutes, a system notification just appeared to everyone. Even non-hunters got this message.

The tutorial for Planet #5112-3 also known as Earth is finally complete. From now on Earth has the qualification rights to enter the Arkane Tournament. Please standby as towers emerge in all the nations on earth to weed out the trash.
Only B+ ranks and above can challenge the tower. Species from other worlds can also request one on one battles through the tower. All otherworlders now have the right to portal to earth as they please. More info will be revealed once your planet reaches a higher level of qualification. A few seconds later towers started erecting from beneath the ground in almost every nation. Immediately all kinds of monsters, known and unknown, started flooding out of these towers mercilessly killing all living beings in their sight. Men,women, children, farm animals, pets even plant life, it didn't matter. Nothing that had life was spared. Countries that had few high ranking hunters had less that 1,000 civilians barely escaping with their lives. This was what the system meant by 'weeding out the trash'. When this was all over, Earth which had a population of 7 billion inhabitants now had less that 3.6 billion alive.
Throughout all this mayhem, Arthuro was the only country untouched and people didn't understand why. When everything was somehow calm, the neighbouring countries of each nation in a continent fused into one so they could pull resources and survive. Now only these countries exist;

Some of these countries even reverted back to leadership through royalty.
The leaders of these countries decided to form official Guilds of not more than 3 for every country. The only problem is, Arthuro sent none of their representatives. This led to the press conference their having right now.
As Kimodo entered tye auditorium, he saw the leaders of the top 4 guilds sitting at the table with his chair empty. He also saw a very unpleasantly familiar face which he had been avoiding for quite a while. The Guildmaster of the Red Lions of India and to boot, he was also the King of said country, Shakmir Bahdhubal also know as the Angry Volcano / White Lion of War. And to make things worse his seat was right next to Kimodo's.
He hurried and sat down ever so gently without looking at Shakmir's face which evidently had anger written all over it.
As soon as he sat, the press conference was officially started bu Shina, Kim's secretary.
"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the our esteemed auditorium. We hope this conference comes to a fruitful end.", she said.
"We'll take your questions now!"
A hand was raised from the seat of the reporters and Shina pointed at him. Immediately a man stood up wearing lipstick, had his hair falling to his left and was wearing tight jeans and heels. Kim looked at him with one eyebrow up and an emotionless face as he began to speak in a feminine manner.
"Luke from Russian Tower Times. This questions go to Mr Kimodo Arshin. According to reports from the last hundred years of dungeon exploration and hunting, Arthuro has never recorded a single death of hunters or as you prefer to call them here, Collapsus Knights or CKs, while hunting.
How true is this?"
Kim leaned towards the microphone and said,"Yh it's true, what about it?"
The whole room was filled with whispers as the unbelievable news was being confirmed by him.
"Mr Arshin can you show us any proof as to why that is the case? And also while you're at it can you tell us why you disrespected the World Hunter Union (WHU) and decided not to attend the meeting after the incident 2 years ago?", Luke asked rudely.
Shina started sweating as she looked at Kimodo from the stand. She knew the endless catastrophes that the third question could bring about. Kimodo threw a drive to Shina and asked her to play the video in it.
Everyone was shocked at what they witnessed.
The video playing had a clear view of a dungeon and CKs fighting minotaurs. As one of the monsters threw an axe at the unsuspecting CK, a skill was automatically triggered and the famous defense skill, Dragon Scales, was protecting the individual who was clearly bot an S rank. This shocked everyone in lots of ways because to begin with, dungeons have a strange atmosphere so all forms of technology could not be used there. Secondly using S rank skills is impossible for someone who doesn't have a rank of S or above.
"The Arshin Guild has developed technology which can be used in dungeons and also found a way to use skills of others in emergency situations. This video proves the reason why all our guild members come back safe and live their lives till their expectancy. This technology was all created by none other than Guildmaster Kimodo Arshin.", Shina announced to the public.
Luke had a mission to accomplish and that was to sully the name of Kimodo but this evidence had made his plan that much harder. Then he remembered one more question of his had not been answered. Just as he was about to talk, a chill engulfed the room. Then Kimodo began to speak in a very deep voice.
"Before I answer the fucking third question, i'm curious on how you got that info to ask your question but not matter. Now (gravity started to feel heavier on Luke), you're saying I disrespected the WHU by not coming? (His eyes start to glow in a golden radiant colour)I'll tell you why I didn't come. Does the King of a fully prosperous kingdom need to answer the call of mere weak ants who couldn't protect their own country?!"
Immediately, the leaders of the various countries watching the live stream of the press conference, the guards and escorts of each country and the reporters became very furious but couldn't say shit because that man talking...that man was the strongest in the world. Politics didn't mean shit to him. He was the law and laws bended to him.
Then Luke with all his strength provoked him once more, "Hm,.....urghh...for someone who is called the strongest, you couldn't even protect HER!!"
Suddenly Luke went flying through the room to the wall with a trail of blood following him and Kimodo's leg on his face. No one had time to see when he had gotten up from his seat, kicked Lukr and even reached him all in the moment. And just like that Kimodo's eyes turned red and he started punching every part of Lukes body. This was all being livestreamed. Blood spilled to everyone direction his fist led towards till there was nothing but mashed flesh and organs and broken bones all soaked in blood. Almost everyone, especially women, started screaming and wanted to leave the building but the CKs were guarding the doors. As this happened the same words rang in everyone's head, "IT'S OVER!!!! WE'RE FUCKED ".
When Kimodo was done something even stranger happened. Kimodo who was the one attacking the now deceased Luke was dressed in white from head to toe. But not a single stain of blood was seen on him. The blood just dripped off of him like water dropping from a cold bottle of beer. It turns out even his clothes were engineered to be clean no matter the situation. While everyone was staring at him, he said words that shook the hearts of people in just the same way the Tower Catastrophe did.
"Damn it now I'm annoyed (looking at the camera)!! Listen to me everyone. One month from now there will be a bloodbath on Earth. Thanks to your friend here from Russsia I will kill every single LGBTQ+ bastard who survived the catastrophe!! Only Lesbians will be spared, why, because I said so. I have all the info on everyone who is."
He immediately snapped his fingers and all the around the globe, anyone who was in the bracket of that death row had a red skull hanging over their heads with a timer counting down to a month. Even a few of the people in the auditorium had it on top of them. Only those from Arthuro showed no signs of these marks. This is because of the one law that would mean instant death. It states, 'Except for Lesbians, all confirmed people identified within the LGBTQ+ criteria were immediately allowed to be killed by anyone on site'. This law made Arthuro a no go zone for anyone but Lesbians.
The world was in a panick and the marked individuals were begging and crying saying they'll do anything. But nahhhh nigga, they were all dying in a month and that was it. A snap of his finger could do this....then what about the day he actually gets really angry?
The press conference was ended and everyone went home traumatised.
No one ever really got to ask how Arthuro was still safe from the catastrophe. Well, the answer was simple, Arthuro was never 'part of Earth' to begin with. Well....not after Kim become a Merlin. Kim used his abilities to create a space as conducive as Earth with even richer mana and sent every citizen of Arthuro into this space. The interesting fact is the whole country, it's defenses and all its inner workings were primarily powered by mana channeled from him and him alone.
So to summarise it...Kimodo was Arthuro and Arthuro was Kimodo.
