By rights, such important data and files should not be so easily accessed by someone like Yila, who, although having a clear... but possibly ambiguous, as not completely leaning towards the 'High Tower' camp. The Pure White Tower's data should not be so simply reviewed.
On one hand, this data were original records, and it had not yet been determined which parts could be disclosed and which needed to be kept confidential. On the other hand... any data might contain information advantageous to a certain party.
