Chapter 1146 - In Preparation

"Do... should we add another layer here..? Or would that just be too much and make things too cramped?"

A slightly withered, wrinkly older woman stared at me, asking a question I didn't really know the answer to as I helped finalize this barrier, getting the thick wooden planks nailed in and making sure they were sturdy.

"I... It might be too much; we're going to need the space to use the small holes, so if we double it up we might not be able to do much, y'know? However, we could turn these into movable barricades instead? Smaller, portable, still nice and defensive?"

Understanding dawned in her pale blue eyes, and without another question she turned and approached the other old folk, gathering them around and explaining my idea before leading them over to the pile of scrap wood.

It made me sigh since I didn't really know what I was doing, but thankfully it didn't seem to hard and it was forcing me to do physical labor instead of just think, so I was grateful for that; the longer I was doing this the easier it became to come to terms with what I had done.

The realization that it had been 'us' or them was becoming more real the longer I spent with all of the citizens I saved, and although I still wondered what sort of people might be waiting for the mercenaries I killed, what I was seeing in front of me helped me look past that.

They shouldn't have come here and threatened these people if they really needed to help whoever it was that they had waiting for them, and although that was crass of me to think I found it actually helped me a bit.

Especially when I was watching the old folk, since they were equally as shaken and as relieved as I was; they had that same fear yet at the same time they were moving with purpose again, and some of them even seemed... happy.

They complained about their aching joints and how bad their hips were, didn't seem to like that there weren't any fires to sit around to drink ale and munch on nuts, but they were the first to offer to build whatever it was we needed, and they were also the first to start rallying everyone together.

The fear was there, the realization was there; they knew how close they had been to death, how unlikely it had been that they would survive, and yet they were the ones getting back to it, doing their best and pushing everyone else without even saying a word of discouragement.

Just seeing them was enough, and if they were able to deal with it I needed to deal with it too; it was a pride thing, yes, something relating to the ego hit that would have come if I had shown weakness or whatever in front of the elderly, but... I don't know, it just felt better to work with them and be stride for stride with them.

Then there were the children all slowly coming back to normal, playing and laughing... the two extremes of societies population were forcing everyone in the middle to get it together, and even though we were preparing for the return of enemies we still tried to get back to some semblance of normal.

Getting the cave prepared was a tough order of business - only because I was having high standards now that I wanted to protect these people - but it didn't take long to come together, especially not when I knew I could just tell Dama to help seal the gaps with her magic.

Then we started making some makeshift weapons and shields for everyone, which would go over to the walls to be used when the enemy arrived again; long spears to slide through thin slits to stab at the approaching enemies, mixed with the scrap metal shields to help keep the barricades strong ensured we had some work to do.

Bringing in food and water for everyone as well took quite a lot of energy, and on top of that I started preparing the outside of the mine too since Dama and I could use it before falling back inside.

There was so much to do that I couldn't bother with my mind that much, allowing the memories of those faces to fade away slightly as I worked and toiled hard, draining myself and pushing past it simply because I had to.

Time ticked by and obviously I eventually felt a few different needs flood my body; I needed some water, some food, a bath and then I needed my balls drained, and I wasn't being that picky about the order.

Since it had been a few hours I decided that I was willing to forgive the dumb leather clad minx simply because her throat had been perfect for my cock, so I returned to the cell first and found Dama in the middle of breeding still.

Sarnai was on all fours, no longer bound and instead moving around freely, though really she was just offering herself up to Dama as the older Deerkin pounded her from behind and made sweet love to her chiseled ass.

The amount of semen staining their thighs made it clear they hadn't stopped, and part of me was jealous since I was still so horny and needy, yet I was also thoroughly tired and unable to care... so I approached the still shackled Erdene and undid my belt, ignoring the glare from the woman and just presenting my penis to her.

She wrinkled her nose at the scent yet still chose to lean forwards and start sucking me off, making me groan happily as I grabbed the back of her head and started skull fucking her, feeding her every single inch of my cock whether she wanted it or not.

Having this perfect mouth to fuck whenever I needed it was exhilarating, and just thinking about having this woman as a 'dump' got me going, even more so as I fantasized about how amazing this would have been in my previous life.

A long day at the office that built up so much stress getting completely drained out of me when I returned home and just ravaged this mouth pussy for an hour, ejaculating my stress away and just pouring it into this woman instead...

It would have been glorious, but now I had a few different women who actually wanted to suck my cock dry every single night, so I don't know if I really needed a 'dump'... though I did right now, so she was serving her purpose...
