For the next two thousand years, although everyone was worried about Ace, they also knew there was no use waiting around worrying; as such, they put their time to better use. More specifically, they slowly got started with Amira's method of breaking free of Heaven's control.
Although Amira and Ace were the two people who were already out of Heaven's control with the most Willpower, for obvious reasons, they weren't able to perform the operation on others for the time being. Thankfully, they weren't the only ones out of Heaven's control – be they those born with the qualities of a king or the ordinary descendants, all direct descendants of the Gol Clan were born out of Heaven's control, and by now, quite a few of them had become paragons.
Still, although they had more Willpower than the average paragon, it had to be remembered that for the operation Mira devised to be successful, the person conducting the operation would need five units for every individual unit of the person being operated on.
Aside from Ace and Amira, there were only two individuals whose Willpower had surpassed five units. The first was Millianna, who, unfortunately, was still watching over Amira during her pregnancy and, therefore, couldn't help out. As for the other, it was Ace's little sister, Gol D. Murcurielle's grandson – Gol D. Isiah.
After his birth, Isiah was seen as the next Ace. Not only was he also born with the qualities of a king, but his incredible perception put him miles ahead of his peers, to the point where there was no one in his generation who was able to come close to him.
It was because of that that Isiah originally set his sights on catching up to and even surpassing the legend that was his Granduncle. A goal which, although difficult, wasn't impossible when they first met back when Ace originally returned from the Divine Realms. Unfortunately, the moment Ace founded the Mandate of True Yang, that goal became all but impossible.
Still, he was determined to be a powerhouse that stood at the very peak. And now, after thousands of years since his birth, not only had he become a paragon in the laws of Water and Light, he had also comprehended three concepts of Swordsmanship for each of his elements, granting him a grand total of eight units of Willpower which doubled to 16 when using his Divine Ability.
It was that which allowed him to perform the operation on those whose Willpower was under three units.
Unfortunately, whilst the vast majority of the Yulan Plane's paragons had Willpower at three units or under, their true powerhouses, the ones they really wanted to perform the operation on… they all had a minimum of four.
That was where Julius came into play. Although short of focusing on the path of Concepts – a path he had absolutely no interest in – Julius had reached the limits of his current potential in terms of level; he had never stopped focusing on comprehending the dao of formations, and thanks to that, after a good few hundred years of work, Julius was able to come up with a formation to help them with their current situation.
It was a formation which allowed those paragons who were outside of Heaven's jurisdiction to temporarily fuse their Willpower to perform the operation.
Because of that, Aside from Killian and Osiris, both of whom had accumulated six units of Willpower or over, all the other members of the Golden Sun Pirates had officially broken free of Heaven's control and could start attempting their next breakthroughs to become natural Sovereigns.
Still, before they entered seclusion, they wanted to make sure that everyone, or at least all of the true powerhouses of their Yulan Plane, had broken free of Heaven's Will, and that included monsters like Killian and Linley, whose Willpower was firmly in the double digits. But before they got the chance, there was a change in the void where the Pure Yang Realm had once been.
Ace's Golden Sun Spark had been extremely quiet in the last two thousand years, simply slowly revolving around its own axis without a care in the world, when suddenly it began to pulsate violently.
Sensing that, all the top powerhouses of the Yulan Plane, from the Overgods to the Sovereigns to the High-God paragons, they all hurriedly stopped whatever they were doing to see what was going on.
Only to stop and stare in shock as they sensed the Overbearing energy Ace's Golden Sun Spark was emitting.
It had to be remembered that since becoming a paragon, Ace's Divine Energy had already reached a level that was twice as powerful as the Sovereign Power of an Intermediate Sovereign, but the energy it was emitting now was dozens of times more powerful than even that. It was to the point where, although it wasn't quite as powerful as Overgod Divine Power, it had surpassed the level of a Chief Sovereign.
Still, that wasn't what took them back. Instead, it was how said energy was carving up chaotic space as though it was the most flimsy of materials.
Aside from the four Overgods, everyone else was forced to hurry out of the way. If any of them were touched by said energy, every fibre of their beings would inevitably be destroyed. This process continued for another ten years, and of course, they turned to Leona, who, thanks to her bond with Ace, should be able to speak to him, but even she was confused. She still couldn't sense his location, nor could she communicate with him, but thankfully, she could sense that he was still very much alive.
As a result, everyone once again went back to their lives, but ten years later, things changed once again. The pulsating came to a halt, and everyone once again reappeared in the void, only to watch as the space surrounding the Golden Sun Spark began to warp and distort.
The effects were similar to the black hole that devoured the True Yang Realm in the first place, only this time, the colour of the vortex was white. It was then that a whole Divine Plane was thrust out of the white hole.
It was no surprise that the dimension spewed out by Ace's Sun Spark was the former True Yang Realm, but what was a surprise was the differences between the two planes. Formerly, the energy of the True Yang Realm was primarily True Yang Essence, but now, it was an energy that was like nothing they had ever sensed before, but at the same time, it seemed oddly familiar.
The first to realise why it was so familiar was Aiden. It only took him a few seconds to see the striking resemblance between the energy of the new and improved True Yang Realm and the energy of chaotic space.
Both were incredibly pure, and both seemed to be an amalgamation of all the elements of the world, but whilst the energy in chaotic space was exceedingly violent and, well, chaotic in nature, the energy in the True Yang Realm was surprisingly peaceful and somewhat orderly. Still, there was another difference between the two, and that was in its maturity.
Aiden could sense that whilst the energy in Chaotic Space was complete, the energy in Ace's True Yang Realm was far from mature. It felt more like it was still in its infancy stage. Not that that made it any easier to fathom just what was going on.
While everyone was lost in thoughts, one by one, realising where the similarities came from, the final change happened as Ace suddenly emerged from his Golden Sun Spark before reabsorbing it back inside him.
Physically, there was no difference between the Ace they remembered and the one floating before them now. Still, each of them was shocked to find that, as it stood, he looked no different to a mortal. That fact was especially shocking for the Overgods!
Before this, even when Ace's power reached their level, albeit reluctantly, they were able to see through Ace with just a glance. That included everything from the power of his Divine Power to the amount of Willpower he had accumulated, but now… they couldn't sense a thing from him.
In response, Ace merely chuckled and apologised for making them worry. Still, that did nothing to reduce the shock of his actions. Especially as Ace's body suddenly disappeared only to reappear before his mother, who was using her Divine power to hold up his pregnant wife.
Ace had always been able to move at speeds that looked like teleportation to the rest of them, but everyone knew that it wasn't actual teleportation; he was just moving at incredible speeds that they weren't able to follow; as such, most of them thought that was Ace had done this time as well, but the four Overgods knew better.
No matter how fast Ace moved, it would be impossible for them to lose track of them, yet that was exactly what happened, but what they had sensed was the fluctuations in space as he moved. It was only faint, and they had to replay it in their minds over and over again to confirm that what they were sensing was real, but when they did, they understood that somehow, Ace had truly teleported.
