The moment Nyar decided the fight had cost him more than he could ever win, cracks started to appear. His moves changed, and his fighting style shifted, taking a more aggressive form to deceive the eyes of Amaterasu and Yog.
His plan was simple: put pressure on Arad and Gojo, then suddenly attack the two goddesses above. If that distraction worked, he would be able to condense all of the vessel's energy and eject it into the void of space safely. Once far enough, neither Amaterasu nor Yog would be able to catch him.
Arad and Gojo dodged his attacks, and they could feel that something was up. Nyar clearly wasn't just taking a different approach; he was plotting something, and so the two had to bring out their heavy weapons. If those two learned anything from being in Limbo, it is that the fact they both got trapped there in the first place was a problem. So now, both of them had a panic button to save them in case anything bad happens.
