Sitting in the hot water, Arad shifted his gaze around him and finally stopped at one of his wives. One that he hadn't seen for a while, "Congratulations. How are you feeling now?"
His gaze had fallen on none other than Altair. She had finally evolved into a Young Adult drakaina, unlocking a whole new path of power for herself. His mother had been training and teaching her all kinds of things, and they all seem to have paid off.
Altair stared at him with a blushing face for a moment, but then quickly calmed down. Her face fell, and she remained silent. It took her a whole minute to open her mouth and speak. "Sorry… I'm useless."
Arad could already hear her thoughts, meaning she wasn't in a stable state of mind to focus on herself. "No, you aren't." He replied with a straight face, and she giggled.
"You can already read my mind, so how could you say that?" She growled back at him, and he sighed. "It doesn't matter if you're disabled or not. What matters is you, and you alone."
