As he went further up, he started to see some redwood trees, which were large and ancient. Walking between them, he was really small. The trunks of the trees were several feet thick. Surrounded by these trees, there was a temple, a very old building still standing and in good health, without noticing kaidrix was standing in front of the temple's door, which was made out of stone and gave a feeling of heaviness and was impossible to move. Then Kaidrix heard somebody in his ears. Finally.
Kiadrix looked at his surroundings but could not see anything. An old man came out from the front door of the temple. The man seems weak and bony in appearance, but has some vigor inside. He spoke What is your name, boy, kaidrix, gazing head to tail, spoke I am kaidrix,
boy, what are you doing here Don't you know no one can enter here without permission, This, sir i had no idea this is a private property but this road lead strait here, I was just sight seeing, I did not even notice how i did get here, i am sorry sir. kaidrix was confused; he had no idea how he got here. He remembered everything about the journey, the road, but he was in a daze, and his feet kept walking.
The Old man said, "Well, by chance or ignorance, you came here uninvited, so you have to get out of here. You are not welcome here." With that, he attacked Kaidrix with his palm. An energy palm came out of his palm, striking Kaidrix's chest and throwing him from the top of the hill. The Attack was powerful. Kaidrix vomited blood, fell towards the ground from the top of the hill, and lost consciousness.
When he opened his eyes, he was in a different place and was heavily headed for a bit, kept staring at the ceiling of the cave, huh! Cave Kaidrix jolted awake. Where am I, what the hell, old man? People are unreasonable, he remembered the unreasonable punches his father threw at him. The day he disappeared, he prayed for his father in his thoughts. Father, where are you? Please be safe wherever you are.
He finally got up, sat cross-legged, looked around to see a magnificent sight in front of him he was sitting in a really big cave full of shiny stuff, there were a lot of crystals every where some are glowing some are just reflecting the glow from glowing stone, green, rainbow red white you name it, he felt weird and kind of scared. He never imagined a sight like this would ever happen in his life, and had never visited a cave; he had seen many caves on the internet. People exploring and streaming, but none of them were like this.
The light was not too bright, not too dark, here and there, kaidrix heard some crawling noises. It was eerie. He felt like someone was watching him from the back. He checked several times, but nothing could be found. This cave despite its beauty it was scary, Human kind is always scared of unknown, when they met new things in life and do not know about it, people subconsciously start making things up, matching things relating events, but just imagination does not comfort people curiosity and bravery can make you understand unknown but that is also not enough, you need to work with your intellect too. After everything depends on your hard work and destiny.
Kaidrix was facing the same unknown; he was scared, confused, and lost. He had no idea how did he got here and events of the day he recalled that damn old man attacked him and sent him flying then he have no idea were did he landed and how did he survived the fall. or rather was it fall?
He got up and felt dizzy, he felt pain on the back of his head, he touched it and his hand was crimson red F*k danm old man, You will pay for this, kaidrix was mad his head hearts, and it seems he lost considerable large amount of blood, the ground was wet with is blood, the question was how did he survived. After carefully checking the ground, he saw there was a formation drawn on the ground, which was also crimson red, giving a crimson glow from time to time. He felt weird, danm, what a day.
The cave was very large. From the look of it, it was not just a hollow space, it seems like it has a network of Channels. He saw a strait passage which turned right at the end of his sight, in between there were two channels, very near one on the right, the rear one on the left, and there might be more if he wanted to explore.
kaidrix went straight passing the first channel, the first channel was big and wast, there were some huts, which were old but well maintained, like somebody was still living there. The passage was laced with crystals. Going forward, there was a second channel to the left of the main cave road. The second channel was bigger than the first one, but kaidrix went forward with the cave road to the right,
To the right, there were 2 more channels in front, each left and right. As he was about to get past these 2 channels, he saw some green blurred figures. In dim light, the scene was really scary, and from time to time, kaidrix saw pairs of red eyes like glowing ambers.
Kaidrix was scared; he knew he was not alone, but he gathered all his courage and kept going when he passed the third and fourth channel. His road suddenly collapsed. It was a narrow road forward, so a few boulders did the trick. He tried to squeeze himself through but the blockers did not even budge, he threw few punches with full force but the bolders did not even budge only leaving a few fist marks that recovered automatically in a few seconds.
kaidrix knew it wasn't safe here, he was cursing the old man and his luck. It was such a peaceful day. As he turned around, he saw some green people who had the shape of a human crawl out from the holes in the walls, which, by the look of it, had been dug out freshly. As he gazed at those people, they looked really scary in the dim light. Their faces were like human faces with very thin lips, jaws like Piranha fish with really sharp teeth, with glowing red eyes, and dark vertical pupils, and their dark pupils were prominent on the red iris. Creating a dominant and heavy environment. Kaidrix felt everything around him heavy.
They have long hair and long pointy ears, and they have pointy nails at their fingertips, perfect for stabbing and digging holes in flesh or ground. kaidrix was scared. He slowly walked to his right, and one of the green monsters moved slowly towards kaidrix, then suddenly lunged at him with lightning speed. He left, blur launching his attack on kaidrix. kaidrix also moved with all his strength, dodging the strike successfully. The monster launched the strike again and again, but kaidrix survived by a hair's breadth. He knew if he got even struck one time, he is going to be injured very badly, and he might even lose his life.
kaidrix suddenly ran to the right, where the fourth channel was. It was also a narrow passageway; he could see a tiered tower from his current position. The way ahead was to go downwards. The monster also sped up his attacks, getting faster and faster. kaidrix, who was already tired, kept barely dodging, getting some scratches from nearly connected attacks, and bleeding from those scratches. His clothes were torn little by little by those razor-sharp nails. kaidrix was thankful to god that those other monsters did not attack him for some reason. With a heavy head and with those weights, it was tough to keep dodging those attacks, so kaidrix was not heavily injured, but was not in a good condition either, at some point it became the game of fleeing and chasing, kaidrix cursed the weights on his limbs and the old man who threw him to this danm place.
kaidrix ran fast at some point, he felt the monster stop chasing him, and he saw the monster was standing with all those monsters at the edges on some weird marks where kaidrix was standing. Monsters were watching him with hungry eyes. But they were just standing there, staring at him. Then suddenly they looked behind him, then got scared, turned and walked away a little further, but they did not leave. kaidrix felt a presence behind him, but he did not dare to look behind him. he felt breathing behind him like some really big mouth was close to him. he jolted awake with the sound of his whole body being ice cold and sweaty. He mustered some courage, and sneaked a peek, his whole body was giving him warnings. What he saw, he wished he had never looked back. It was Night hymn.
A creature that feeds on the negative energy and it was really bad situation for kaidrix, but it was not all there was also a huge tiered tower. In its base lies a giant sleeping chimera, its snake tail was like a giant viper breathing fire with every breath, and was at the back of kaidrix, not very far from him, he could feel the hot air coming from the tail's nostrils. He put his hand on his mouth and started walking slowly towards the tiered tower, he felt the safest place was only the tiered tower. Unfortunately, the night hymn. Went into his shadow, which was barely existent. kaidrix was barely able to control himself. The eerie feeling for him was multiple; he was shaking with fear. The atmosphere became gloomy and heavier. But somewhere in kaidrix heart was rage building up, which was slowly showing up. He was emotionally very unstable at the moment.
The pressure that hymn put on kaidrix intently went away, and kaidrix started bleeding, his body heated and tensed up. kaidrix felt weird. And worried without any more delay, he went straight for the door of the tiered tower. As he pushed the door, it did not budge, but it triggered some glowing formations on the door. Which jolted awake the sleeping chimera, his roar shook the heaven and earth. Luckily, he did not notice kaidrix, but in front of him were green monsters, which he spotted after waking up. Watching the scene unfold, those monsters started running. They were hoping to eat kaidrix when Hymn further weakened him, so they were waiting, but never knew the scene would change like this chimera attacked with its front paw, sending a sharp air current which were visible to the eyes like 3 lines moving towards the green monsters, turning several of them vertically half. Some of them managed to flee the beast did not care about them at all. Then he turned towards the tower to check the situation. he saw kaidrix, scared, trying to open the gate with his back hammering it on the door.
His back was soaked with his blood from the fall, and was still wet as he hammered himself on the door; some of his blood from his clothes and wounds got on the door. Which, surprisingly, opened the door. And Kaidrix fell in the tiered tower as the door was closing. kaidrix heard an earth-shaking roar again, which was challenging for his eardrums. Finally, the door closed with kaidrix consciousness fading.
