Scarlet stared at the confused green rabbit For a bit they didn't say anything and then karma blurted out
"You! Your that fox grey mentioned that crazy wannabe queen."
Scarlets eyebrows twitched in irritation at that comment but looked past it "I hope you can deliver a message to grey it is almost time and I hope he is ready. Just know I won't help unless I'm sure you can succeed or else I'll just watch as your all slaughtered."
Karma tensed up at the mention of of the attack. "All of us will be ready and when the time comes I hope you keep the deal. No one hates traitors more than grey."
Scarlet just smiled creepily "I'll keep that in mind for the future. See you again in three days when we attack."
Karma watched as she silently walked away after giving the news. All he could reply with was a weak "Oh no"
Grey slowly woke up and started stretching he poked his head out his cocoon to look around to see most beast nearby still sleeping and using his ears he heard a few beasts outside already moving about."
When he heard a familiar voice coming from the front gate.
'Hmm I only have like four or five days left and it's a two day journey if I'm running at full speed? Hmm I can afford to wait a bit if it means bringing some backup to save my home.' Grey thought to himself.
He jumped down while using his rune to silence his fall. 'Silencing noises seems to be really efficient with less drawbacks?' He mused.
He ran outside heading twords the voice bickering with the guard.
"Listen I know the rules I am one of peters friends! Imight not have crystals at the moment but I need to deliver a message it's really important. Please!"
Grey came out the gate after greeting to boars on the inside only to see Tony the golden toad having a heated discussion with a young boar covers in a metallic armor.
The boar looked exhausted just like the one before him "I heard you but rules are rules, I can't le-"
"Hey there you are Tony! Phew I ran here from the inn when I heard your voice? Where's the others?" Grey asked excitedly.
Tony ran up to grey in a panic before shoving a quartz crystal into greys paws. Grey stared at him in confusion "whaaa?" Was all he can let out. Before Tony quickly interrupted him.
"No time to explain everything in detail JUST LISTEN! Peter got new from one of his friends the foxes are attacking the eleventh burrow in three days. I'll get the others to help out but keep that crystal with you I'll be able to track it's location down."
Grey stood there in a daze slowly processing what was being said like a empty shell. It felt like his entire body froze and the only moment he could feel was his heart slowly spiking in a strange beat.
Tony quickly shook him. "I know this is a shock but you need to run! Your the fastest beast i know NOW run grey RUN!!!"
Grey quickly focused all his raw flow throughout his body before supplementing his limbs with vibrations from his sound rune.
He dashed on all fours leaving behind a loud sonic boom in his wake as he ran with all his might the happy easy going expression he always had was now replaced with dread and abysmal Fear boosting his body even more.
The boars helped up all nearby animals thrown off their feet from the aftershock of the sonic boom. One guard was calming the now threatened spiders looking for an attacker.
"You tthink he'll make it back in time to save his home?" The armored boar asked curiously.
"I hope so. We haven't known each other long but I know he's a caring rabbit." Tony answered.
A deep voice rung out from above as a shining figure jumped down from the wall. "Who dares cause problems in my home?"
Tony turned to see a Blonde wolf standing above him with a serious look on his faces.
The all looked back into the woods as multiple sonic booms went off slowly getting farther away.
"That my bad… my umm friend really need to run home fast because his home his.. like in danger." Tony said meekly
"Hmm… follow me then I got some more questions for you." The golden wolf's tone left no room for negotiations.
Tony just quietly followed behind sweating nervously.
Grey was running as hard as he could zooming past trees and lakes. Everytime exhaustion crept up slowing him down slightly he sped up even more releasing another sonic boom.
He ran until night started to fall again. He was Gasping for air but refused to stop "I Can't stop now i need to go faster food and sleep dont matter! I need more SPEED! MOvE FaSTer body…FASTER!!!"
Greys golden eyes started flicking red for a few moments before his whole body was surrounded in a faint red glow.
At that moment his body stopped aching, his stomach growling slowed down and his body felt lighter increasing his speed even more, releasing another sonic boom while leaving behind a trail of red light.
At this point greys eyes went blank and his body moved by Pure willpower and Instinct.
Every few seconds his unconscious body murmured "Run!…Run!…RUN!…RUN!"
As his body was quickly covered in a scorpion exoskeleton.
A few seconds later a crimson eyeball with batwings entered the night through a crack in space "its here the host that is using that power" came its twisted voice.
As it looked around all it saw in the dark night was a trail red light slowly disappearing in the distance. "There it is!" It quickly opened another crack in space to appear next to the light only to be passed by in less than a moment. Only able to see a hazy red afterglow pass it by
"What the hell is it doing using all that power just to move fast is so wasteful?" The creature questioned. Be before quickly teleporting to keep up.
After three hours of teleporting the creature was now visibly sweating.
I watched the light disappearing into the distance again making it lose hope.
but this time the red light ran In a zig zag releasing a few sonic booms before running in three separate spirals before disappearing into the distance again.
The crimson eyeball curiosily teleport to the last spiral it only to be shocked a Family of brown bears all laid out on the their hill dead with a small hole in the chest.
"It seems it killed them all instantly before taking their beast core And hearts? Just what the hell is this creature that master needs?"
It searched the entire hill only to find everything on this hill dead with a hole in their chest. "After examining everything it seems to have left some half eaten cores and hearts? WOW it's recharging it energy by eating the source of other creatures energy, at this point it will run forever and I can't catch up to that monster I must report to master!"
The crimson eyeball disappeared into a spatial crack one last time.
