"What docking fee?"
Lillian Tompson raised her eyebrows, watching the man before her warily.
This man was strange.
Swimming City was by the sea; although it wasn't hot, it certainly wasn't cold.
Yet the man wore a bamboo hat and a straw raincoat.
Moreover, his face was covered with black cloth, completely obscuring his true appearance.
"Of course, it's the fee for docking your vessel," the man's entire face was concealed, save for his mouth.
His teeth were very white.
He pointed to the small boat upon which Julius Reed and Lillian Tompson were riding and chuckled, "One thousand US dollars!"
"One day?"
Lillian Tompson's face turned livid, just as she was about to retort.
"One hour!"
The man immediately interjected: "One hour, one thousand US dollars."
"Is this a robbery?" Originating from the Ten Thousand Mountain Alliance, Lillian Tompson had a fiery temperament.
Being extorted for a docking fee suddenly set her ablaze with fury.
