Chapter 139 - Third Wheel

[ Cottage Hideout ]

"Hehe, see? Mama isn't so sour."

"Urgh...n-no," Daniel mumbles, the bed creaking gently beneath him.

He also never meant to imply such.

Nevertheless, he's flushed against his slime mother to atone for being annoying. Anne's soft purrs drive goosebumps down his back, hairs rising as his mother's hands trail the contours of his back. She spurs his hips forward, pushing his face deeper as he draws in her milk.

She's impossible to resist. Lovable, cool to touch, and so utterly soft, he might as well be drowning in a truck of feathers. Even her milk—a literal reproduction from a store-bought carton—remains refreshing without fault.

"You're getting close..."

Daniel hums, closing his eyes. Her slimy cells cling to his crotch, sharing the pressure and sensitivity with each thrust. Yet, Anne does not let herself follow her son into depths of his pleasure.

She hugs him close. "Daniel... can we really protect this?"

Daniel stops his thrusts. Peeking out of her chest, he meets a suddenly sad, pair of eyes.

"I love you, and I know you love us all as well," Anne continues. Her lips lift weakly as she brushes through his hair. "I just keep worrying that..."

Daniel breaks away with a sigh, lifting his chin from her chest. "Mom, please."

"Ah, sorry."

Pulling up a little, he stares at her firmly while sliding a hand against her cheek. "Obviously, there's only so much we can do, but we'll get through this. Soon, I'm sure we'll find out that all of Merlin's visions about this great Flood is just hocus-pocus, then you can continue work as my lovely assistant."

Anne's gaze falls flat at the last part. "I love your optimism, sweetie, but... is that all I am good for?" She pouts. "Taking advantage of your mother, I see."

"If anything, I'm the one being taken advantage of."

"Hmph!" Anne turns away. "All I'm hearing is how you think Mama's love is so cheap. I'm only good as your assistant."

Daniel snorts. "I never said that. Do you think me calling you Mom is cheap?"

"That's only because you've committed to our bond."

"What else could it be? Pretend you're Amy?"

"No, of course not! But..." Anne shuts her eyes. "Urgh... Mama just wants to be special for you, alright!"

"You are! What more do you want from me?!"

Tok, tok.

A light knock threads in between them from the open door. Looking up from their missionary positions, their heads turn to Mavi. Holding a cup of hot chocolate, she takes an unhurried sip before breathing out. "Sooo, is the plan to have angry sex?" She pauses, then grins. "Or, would it be sour sex? I thought you didn't want it."

Daniel clears his throat, and continues his thrusts against Anne. "No, haha, you're mistaken. We're just being overly sweet with each other."

Anne grumbles before taking Daniel's head, pushing him back to her breasts. As his muffled groan vibrates through, she returns her attention to the fusion. "Our son is just being fussy! That aside, should we swap to being Marianne? I want to see if any changes to me will also allow Mary and I to speak subconsciously."

Mavi hums, watching Daniel melt. "As interesting as that sounds, Mummy wants to also have a turn with him before going."

"Oh!" Anne giggles. "Sorry, that was rude of me. Here, I'll let you have him."

Daniel moans sadly as Anne melts partially away, leaving his cock unfinished. Sighing, he sits up at the bedside. Fortunately, he doesn't have to wait much longer as Mavi steps in front of him. Her eyes warm, she sets the cup of cocoa on the night stand before sliding a hand to his chest.

"Excuse me, love~"

She slides into his lap, legs parting on each side. Appendages drip down from behind to wrap his cock and aim. It happens all too quickly for Daniel to process before the fusion mother descends, sheathing him completely.

"Ungh..." The sudden warmth kicks his heart, but he doesn't fall. With a jagged breath, his hands travel up her hips. "M-mother..."

"Just relax, love," Mavi whispers, her hands crossing around, one against his back and the other cupping his head. Naturally, she guides him to her left breast which starts leaking.

"Mmmm..."

Daniel moans as he catches the fusion's sweet, darker breast. Along with the rest of her bodily warmth, there's no need for him to do anything. Viviane's slimy coating and Mary's tightness begin shifting on its own, bringing a level of muscle control beyond human capability.

"Don't hold back~" Mavi coos, wiggling her butt while keeping flushed. As her boyfriend-son moans into her, she kisses his forehead a few times. "Cum for Mummy, love."

"Ungh...Mum..." Daniel's hands reach around grip her cheeks. He tries to hold back, distract himself with her elastic, smooth body, but ultimately...

Splurt, splurt!

Mavi breathes out slowly, melting around. "Ooh, yes, yes... that's it... You're being so agreeable, aren't you? Good boy~"

Daniel hums gratefully, his tongue swirling around her nipple as his cock softens a little. It is more than willing to come alive at any moment, perhaps needing this escape more than he had thought.

After a few minutes of nursing and kissing, Mavi slides off. Daniel takes another deep breath, but there's little time for recovery as Anne slides back to his side, cupping his chin.

"Sweetie..."

His lips lock to hers gently. From hot, back to cold, his cock rises back with fire. It throbs, ready for another round as Anne trails her finger down his chest.

Like this, the night and forest outside buzz quietly as he exchanges between his slime and hybrid mother for a good hour. By the end, Daniel's lips brim with the milk, a stain of complex maternal love and unending desire.

Mavi giggles, wiping away the mess. Her chest jiggles in front of him as he stares, dazed.

"That was nice," she purrs, and turns to Anne. "We're not done, though. I suppose it's time to swap."

With that intention, the outline of Mary's face stretches off to the fusion's side as Viviane disconnects. The room fills with the dual groans of her parts as they lose their combined features. Before long, Viviane's pale form rips away from Mary's darker base in a snap.

SPLICK!

"Oooh..." the latter immediately wobbles, her return to individual control like a whiplash. As the remaining strands of goo fall off, she steadies herself. "G-give me a moment. I think I need to sit down."

Daniel shuffles over as his girlfriend sits next to him. Breathing out, she closes her eyes and slumps her head on her shoulder. "Are you okay, love?"

"That's my line. Take it easy," Daniel urges, wrapping an arm around her shoulder.

Mary nuzzles her head against him. "Hehe, you wish."

"I really do."

Anne chuckles by the two artists. Turning to her reformed elder slime, however, she freezes. Her sister stares outward, brows knit in deep, sudden thought.

"V-viviane?" Anne calls.

The elder slime doesn't answer, refocusing her attention on her former host with thin lips. "Um...Mary?"

"Hm?" The artist lifts her head to the pale slime. Her brows narrow equally. "Something wrong?"

The elder slime swallows. "You...um, what happened to your slime half by the way?"

Mary blinks for a long silence. "What... what do you mean? I'm still being cov...ered."

She's not.

She's not covered at all.

"... Shit," Mary mutters under her breath. Her artistic gears spins faster as she straightens. "When I joined with you after Danne, did I forget to..."

"Hnnng!"

SPLICK!

The answer stretches out.

Viviane momentarily stiffens, eyes snapping to her left side as it bulges out. A gelatinous pressure builds until Mary's clone unfolds, separating from the elder slime like oil and water.

"Huh." Viviane only stares with her mouth open, her body half deformed as Mary reforms beside her.

As the two slimes pull themselves together, Daniel stands up from the bed in alarm. "You're saying that Mary was merged with two slimes this whole time?!"

The clone ripples, strained. "Yep... yep, that seems about right." She turns to her original in a huff. "How did we forget our own state?!"

Mary thaws, raising her hands in the air. "Hey, don't look at me! We're nearly the same. It's not like being merged with Viviane or Anne. How am I supposed to remember I'm only a little off?"

Viviane groans, a finger against her nose. "Good god, that could have been bad. If we had remained like that and tried to enter my domain, there's no telling which one we'd be going to."

While a sense of relief fills the cottage, Anne holds herself. She lowers her head, wiggling her lips.

After a few breaths...

"What if we can choose?"

Viviane, the two Marys, and Daniel flinch. As they twist to Anne, the slime mother lift hesitantly to their disbelief. "I...I mean to say, I want to meet Nimue as well. The only way that can happen is if I can join Viviane into her realm, which also means..."

"No, absolutely not!" the elder slime cuts, stomping to her sister. "This goes into uncharted territory that we shouldn't risk our first night in hiding."

"Uncharted? Viviane, look where we are!" Anne motions exasperatedly before huffing. "Or, am I supposed to be left behind while you, Mary, and Daniel go visit your domain like last time?"

"We'll sync up in the morning like we always do. You don't need to be joined with me."

"But, what if—"

"Actually, can it really be that bad?" the human Mary interrupts. Beside her, Daniel's face pales.

"Mary, are you..."

"No, no, hear me out!" Mary urges. "Think about it. Nimue's current existence is from a time when she and Viviane were last joined."

"I only remember everything up to that last time you and I were joined."

Light flickers in everyone's eyes.

Mary continues, raising a finger at the three slimes. "First off, can you guys even sync or merge without using humans as a medium?"

The clone, Viviane, and Anne glance at each other for a moment.

"Maybe not," Viviane admits. "If that had been the case, Anne and I would have mixed a while ago when I was trying to get out of her."

The clone sighs, "And, I would have been able to return myself back into Anne."

"Exactly," Mary supports. "So, at some point, Nimue and Viviane must have synced through another, right?"

"We can't assume that." Viviane rejects. "Nimue and I might have synced or merged, but it could have been a different process that I'm not aware of."

"Okay, but she's your mother. If it's possible, wouldn't it have made more sense for you two to sync more frequently? Instead, she's missing the later days of the kingdom."

"..."

Anne frowns. "I don't want to be left behind again. There's still questions about the tear inside of me, what it means, why I existed first and consumed you... heck, what does it mean to have my own domain? Even Mary's domain of the cabin and forest... that has to be something related to Nimue, right? If there's a way to share our domains better, shouldn't we—"

"Stop. Let me think."

Everyone goes silent as Viviane closes her eyes.

She thinks back to the time she, Mary, and Daniel synced. For a moment, it felt they could join... become one.

It was... so tempting.

Yet, that was with two humans. If she and Mary's clone had been combined this entire time as Mavi, would it be so bad with a more distinct combination?

Or, is it not the same? Especially considering Mary's clone is... well, the same as Mary.

"I'm up for it," the female artist reminds.

Viviane drags a forced breath. "Of course you are."

Still uncertain, she looks to Daniel. Naturally, her son's eyes are creased with worry.

"Child," she begins slowly. "Regardless of whether it's a good idea or not, it is true that our joinings have resulted in more of my memories becoming clear. I also am confident that if we merge, and you wanted to see us all separate, we would do that for you. So... what do you think?"

The artist's eyes widen. "What I think?"

Viviane's only stares, unwavering. Looking between the others, Daniel can see them ready as well.

'Fuck me.'

He'd be lying if he never considered the possibility.

They could play if safe, but they're not in a situation anymore where they have all the time in the world.

So, can they really ignore such risk?

Daniel's face tightens.

"Um..." Anne raises her hand. "We don't have to decide this instant. In fact, if I combine with Mary, and we're able to speak with each other subconsciously, doesn't that help alleviate some concerns?"

"Oh, right." Viviane coughs. "We're getting ahead of ourselves here."

Mary hums, squinting. "Can Anne and I merge with my favorite clone as well?"

The clone snorts. "How sneaky of you to say 'favorite'."

"Well, I know myself well!" Mary chirps, grinning.

Anne fidgets. "Well, I guess. You three seemed fine as Mavi, after all."

By all this talk with more experiments, Daniel's shoulders drop. He's not sure what the right decision is, but regardless, another long night seems to await them.
