Chapter 876 - Corvan's Despair

The ground was covered in blood, dead bodies lying everywhere. Every corpse had a horrifying expression on its face—eyes wide open, as if their final moments were filled with unbearable shock.

Corvan stood up from the ground, coughing harshly as his trembling legs struggled to support his own weight.

He looked at the bodies of his fallen comrades with a somber expression, tears streaming down his cheeks as he slowly approached each lifeless form.

Seeing the terror etched on their faces left him traumatized. He knew those expressions would haunt him for the rest of his life.

His lips quivered, but his pride wouldn't allow him to break down openly. Still, he couldn't hold back the tears as he suddenly dropped to his knees before the bodies.

"Please… forgive me for bringing you all here just to die. That was never my intention," he said, his voice trembling with guilt.
