Special Containment Procedures: "SCP-8206 is to be contained in an 3m x 3m x 3m chamber in the High Security wing of site-63. Due to SCP-8206 moral code, and personality any and all individuals except for harmful, and dangerous SCP's are allowed to communicate and talk to SCP-8206.
SCP-8206 is only to be allowed to roam his containment cell, and the west wing cafeteria no more no less. SCP-8206 is supposedly to be accompanied by 10, or more guards and personnel if he is to roam the halls, and the west wing's cafeteria. Remember SCP-8206 is an dangerous, and complicated SCP with seemingly murderous intentions on anyone, and anything that seems to want to harm anyone or anything.
On numerous occasions like Incident 8216-1 he'll occasionally, and seemingly accidentally tell something related to the SCP Foundation, and it's numerous SCPs either known, or not yet known. The things SCP-8206 occasionally says oftentimes varies from the Foundation's details, site locations, and descriptions of SCPs; and he'll seemingly enjoy doing this as he talks more and more. This caused SCP-8206 to be liked by the depressed, and oftentimes cold personnels as he tells them more and more about which SCP is safe, dangerous, and to hide from. This caused the Foundation and numerous personnel to let him roam site-63's west wing cafeteria after a few days of containment.

As of now SCP-8206 has, and have never told anyone, or anything his name; first, middle, or even last name. Because of SCP-8206's questionable goals, and abnormal moral code he is to not be trusted fully.
SCP-8206 is an previously Safe SCP re-classified as Keter because of Incident ███ on site-63 including the breach of numerous, multiple SCPs and because of what SCP-8206 did. As of now SCP-8206 is missing, untrackable, and seemingly dissappear out of thin air; because of the foundations lack of technology, and connections all searches about SCP-8206's whereabouts is currently ongoing."
Addendum 8206-1: "SCP-8206 was first bought to attention when hundreads of SCP-███ on January █, ████ in ███████, ██████ in the spam of 3 hours died. Satellite viewing of ███████, ██████ showed that SCP-8206 with an bent Pipe in hand, and Pistol in the other murdering, and killing SCP-███ subjects like it's an sport."
Following the dispatch of Alpha ██████ stationed near the ███████, ██████ to contain SCP-8206 minutes later. Seemingly when the Alpha ██████ team reach the location they only found an SCP-8206 eating, covered in blood as numerous, and most SCP-███ subjects being dead around him, and the city.
SCP-8206 at first seems to be surprised when he saw the Alpha ██████ personnel's as he complies with them, telling the personnel's that he means no harm and that he's a fan of them. Which scared all personnel related to this Addendum; especially the Alpha ██████ team."
Addendum 8206-2: "The first of the only two interview SCP-8206 have with Dr. Buck seems to be one filled with curiosity, and awe as he was in the second interview was strapped with an lie detector without any resistance. Unlike the other cases where he didn't like being strapped with an lie detector, and overall interviewed; like when he didn't know Dr. Buck's identity for example.
