As this thought flashed in the Demon Dragon Crown Prince's mind, the remaining Netherworld Beasts, led by Nirwinke, were howling madly as they charged towards the Demon Dragons — it wasn't that the Demon Dragon force was too great for the Blood River Commander to bear, but that the "Space-Time Rift" was inconveniently blocked behind the Demon Dragons.
The "Space-Time Rift" in the Southern Cross Star Forest had already been altered with the Malong Crystal. If entered from the Demon World side, the destination would still be the Southern Cross Star Forest of the Aegean Continent. However, if entering the "Space-Time Rift" from the Aegean Continent's side, the destination would be the death-laden Netherworld.
