The Prime Minister truly wanted to ask a few more questions: he was eager to know, were there really so many machines transferred from cities like Furnace Fortress to the South?
In reality, with the increasing frequency of Tang Army bombing, not many pieces of equipment in those factories were preserved intact. Most of the equipment was already destroyed, and less than one-third were truly operational and loaded for transport to the South.
Even concluding from this data, the reorganization of production in the South would result in only one-third of the previous capacity. In other words, thinking optimistically, if three tanks were manufactured before, now only one could be produced.
Thinking deeper, the South has always been the frontline of the war with the Elves. Can construction conditions there really allow factories to start operating immediately?
