After about fifteen minutes, Wang Chao headed for the door. Chen Wanru, who had been keeping an eye on Wang Chao, followed him out. With other schemes in mind, Jian Chenxi had been watching the two of them. Shortly after Wang Chao and Chen Wanru left, Jian Chenxi thought for a moment, then silently followed suit.
Jian Chenxi stepped out just in time to see Chen Wanru and Wang Chao entering the elevator. She quickly caught up, noted the floor number, then pressed the button for another elevator to follow.
Jian Chenxi exited the elevator to see Wang Chao embracing Chen Wanru, whispering something that made her giggle and lean into his arms. Wang Chao then bent down and gently kissed Chen Wanru.
Jian Chenxi's gaze turned somewhat sinister, and in the next second, she took out her phone and quietly snapped several photos of Chen Wanru and Wang Chao's backs.
