Half an hour later, Ye Qilan was still over at the Apricot Forest, unwilling to come back. Su Hongxing knew that Ye Qilan was still harboring feelings about her previous slip of the tongue.
She brought over a fruit platter and sat down beside Ye Qilan. "These are for you. Be generous and don't hold it against me."
Ye Qilan looked at her without saying a word.
"Won't you try some? It's really sweet." Su Hongxing put on a bright smile.
Ye Qilan averted his gaze, looking arrogantly adorable.
Su Hongxing simply brought the fruit to Ye Qilan's lips. "It's really sweet; try it."
He didn't eat it, so she ate it herself.
The aroma of the fruit and Su Hongxing's smile made Ye Qilan's heart stir. In the end, he turned away calmly and got up to leave.
"Ye Qilan, aren't you afraid of others taking advantage while you're giving me the cold shoulder?!" Su Hongxing followed behind him, bringing up his greatest concern.
