They could become an Ace Mecha Squad only because their captain, Yu Ren, was the Federation's ace mecha warrior. Facing mech squads and mech corps composed of the Empire's Conventional Level Standard-type Mechas, they could serve as a breach to break through formations.
This formation and tactics are very similar to Ji Xinghe and the Xinghe Squad; in fact, they were constructed using the Xinghe Squad as a template. But this does not mean they can create one astonishing miracle after another like Ji Xinghe and the Xinghe Squad.
