Chapter 5 - Chapter 4

And a voice, at no time have they desired to hear when the Individual continued his words while gazing at her. The blood on both his arms puffed in flames before the stain started to disintegrate into dust, while making his move towards where the remaining Limereals were. "You were supposedly my direct servant yet you never knew me at all."

Isvel couldn't respond, and what would she say after witnessing that? "I have.." The Individual expressed, "heard quite a reason this gathering was made, and so, what are your plans?" Releasing a sigh upon saying those words, continuing with, "Although I decided to attend, no one seemed to assign a seat for me." The Limereals immediately knew the meaning of those words, which was only meant to provoke.

However, Talkan deeply tried to understand the reasons for his actions, the suddenness alone, same for the unnecessary vanity that seemed out of character. The being of Terror could only stare in a daze as no one, not even him dared to retort what the Individual said, even though all of them knew that this was the first time he attended out of all the 3 meetings they had in the past, finding it absurd.

Orgal felt like his world just crumbled, causing him to glance at Talkan, having a lot of expectations for him to cover his responsibility. Further increasing Orgal's anxiety upon seeing Talkan ignoring him, who was focused only on the Individual's actions, as he was also unsettled after seeing Ghram's explosive prowess being rendered without a chance. Soon enough, Orgal began to stutter in his words, trying to explain himself, but couldn't.

The constant expression on his face no longer remained, as it peeled off, showing the true being of Decay underneath. It wasn't the first for the Individual to do this type of thing as his path was always filled with blood, so Orgal, perhaps due to his own weakness, started to become hungry for the Individual's touch when it was offered. Oblivious about the intention behind, Orgal simply waited patiently before almost getting himself crushed.

Except, there was only red mist. Talkan's body became shattered, unleashing his true form, "WRONG." Talkan emphasized after saving Orgal, the atmosphere within the Limereals was surrounded by a thick, crimson mist that covered them as a force field.

Despite having done that, the Ennulseans suffocated, struggling to speak that they merely emitted brute noises, alongside their pressed flesh. Completely removing them from the picture as the Individual enveloped those who endured, until Talkan could no longer persevere from the Individual's power.

Bringing an end to the red mist, making the Limereals instantly feel the heavy pressure that brought them down to their knees. "G-Great One!" Shouted Isvel, her once glowing radiance was now once again vanquished as she pointed her delicate finger towards a certain Limereal, "It was Orgal who managed all of our meetings, please hold him responsible!"

Pressured from trying to ease the Individual's power, she quickly directed the blame to Orgal. Yet, the Individual only stared at them carrying on with their arguments while both his round pupils slowly converted into vertical slits before contorting in a circular manner, unbothered from listening to their plea.

Absent of any more rational thoughts, Orgal screamed at her face, "Y-You, You! Shut your ugly mouth, BITCH. B-Blaming ME for this, w-what have you done except whine?!" Hearing this from him, Isvel also lashed out at Orgal, exclaiming, "WOO- HOO! Y-You should've, it is your fault- Shut YOUR stinky mouth, literally." Isvel wanted to speak some more, but the situation at hand didn't allow it. "Let me get it straighter than you. I AM beautiful, and you're more of a CROAKING PIG!"

Orgal jumped at her with worms on his pus-filled mouth, wanting to give Isvel a taste of his specialty, but Talkan's another manifestation of his red mist made the two finally stop. "Enough!" Talkan yelled when he noticed the transformation on the Individual's eyes right before looking at both Orgal and Isvel's dumbfounded faces who heard his angered voice.

When Isvel peered her radiant eyes to look towards the Individual, and in doing so, she witnessed the crazed look in his eyes causing her body to shiver with her hands slamming towards the ground.

No longer is it a test of strength, for the Individual's motive was determined to slaughter all of them, as well as absorb all of their essences together alongside the galaxies that exist within the south. The Individual envied the life of Elias, who had everything he missed and wanted in his whole life. Although the Individual had companions in battle, he never had someone like a family according to the best of his memories.

"Can't you all see?! Make use of your powers at once or else we will all die at his hand..!" Even while unleashing his entire powers, it proved to be very much difficult for Talkan as he could taste his own blood that elevated its way out of his mouth.

He quickly wiped it off with his left hand before his figure began to mutate, turning his skin into purple with a darkened hole forming on his chest where a large white horn protruded. Lastly, visible cracks can be seen all over Talkan's face as his hair hovered in the air while glaring at the Individual.

After doing so, Talkan positioned his feet close to each other while stretching both of his arms to their respective sides before his figure completely vanished, replaced by a great crimson fog. The ground shook so hard that the planet crumbled, revealing the vast cosmic space outside as they all began to transform themselves in various forms with sizes which were bigger than planets.

"If this is how it will end, then so be it..!" Isvel yelled with visible gushings of blood, dripping on her mouth as she struggled to stand without Talkan's powers. Her form changed into something that constantly rippled, akin to a transparent body of water.

"We shall make you regret those very same thoughts of misjudge-!" Before another Limereal could even finish his speech, he was immediately swept by a great fiery gale, ravaging his body as he burned, wailing on the awfulness of the pain. His figure remained unnoticeable and after they had seen him, it was already too late.

The massacre resulted in the bits of their flesh and blood being smothered everywhere on what was left of the once grand assembly room. Coloring a part of their cosmic space full of silver blood.

Something seemed to slither away, perhaps to escape but it soon stopped in its tracks. It looked at the Individual painfully while clutching at her own destroyed left arm, part of the tissues on her face burned. She looked so mortal as if devoid of any existing powers. Though her beauty remained, it was pointless as she cried while slowly walking towards the Individual, who simply stared at her last stand.

"What was it.. what were the things you found lacking? I did my hardest, you know.." Isvel struggled to put her right arm at the back of his neck as she leaned herself closer. Before she could even touch his lips, the Individual pierced her chest.

She shivered nonstop, yet forced a smile on her face, all while keeping a constant twitch of her brows caused by her condition, "Be gentle with me next time, o-okay?" Ultimately releasing her groan but before she could vomit her blood towards the ruined ground near the Individual's foot, he struck her once again, making her now deceased body roll away on the dusty ground.

After some time had passed, the Individual summoned on his right hand, the Aether Orb. He enveloped what was left of the bodies of the Limereals, may it simply their blood or chunks of their flesh, nothing was left behind no matter how insignificant.

Coincidentally, her corpse lay close to a much more horrific looking leader and upon witnessing her lifeless eyes, he roared, "NOO..! IS 'VEL!" awoken from his momentary stupefied state, immediately feeling the sharp tingling pain, spread all around his body.

He remembered everything that just happened, "F-For what reason do you do this!?" The leader of the Limereals struggled to stand as he vomited blood to his side, still alive even after a great portion of his arms ripped out and scorched. The Individual turned to see who it was and when he saw him, "We were loyal.. To you..!" The Individual was not surprised to know that it was Talkan himself that survived.

Knowing that his death was inevitable, even while having a face tainted full with hate. Talkan still cried while facing cold ground, mourning for his lovely sister's death. "Why do you cry, Talkan?" Hearing the Individual's straightforward words and candid footsteps made Talkan shiver.

"Having a purpose to live feels different." The Individual said, bending his knees at arms reach before beating his index finger at Talkan's forehead. "You wear someone else's skin, letting you live was torturous."
