This building's height far exceeds that of everything around it, even surpassing the current world's maximum limit. It penetrates deep into the Plane, and all observational methods fail to view the entire structure from the base.
Its style is not that of some ancient tower but rather a modern building, characterized by brutalist architecture. Massive geometric elements are pieced together in an unpolished rectangular structure that extends upwards, with Cold Iron and pitch-black colors creating an intense feeling of oppression.
Even many Evils who live here never dare to approach this building, and some don't know what it actually does.
However, this building that no one dares to approach typically welcomes a special visitor today.
