The power gap between a Stage 5 outer-being at a lower rank and a Stage 1 outer-being at a higher rank was so high that it would take 100s of outer-beings at the lower rank to even think of damaging an outer-being at a higher rank, and it could take thousands if they planned on killing the outer-being at the higher rank depending on how close their ranks are.
