Chapter 13 - CH : 13 Reassurance

After that we take shower together and rest together. l was peacefully sleeping in magnus arms that's when my phone starts ringing ;
Magnus picks up my ringing phone to give it to me but he pauses when he looks at the caller ID.

'Give me the phone magnus ' talking while
half a sleep . 'Magnus?' ; l see magnus angrily starring at my phone screen.

'Why the hell is he calling you in the middle of the night ?' asks in a cold voice .

l see the caller ID and it was Jack ; l got excited and took it out of mangus hands .

picks up the call 'Hello Jack'

' Hello , l am sorry l couldn't pick your calls up cause l am in a really messy situation over here just remember to stay away from that guy'

'Where are you ? and which guy are you talking about?'

'Don't worry l am fine where ever l am ,
just stay away from that guy mangus ; he is really a dangerous guy'

'What he is not?' l was not shocked by magnus being dangerous cause so am l .

'Why are siding with - wait please don't tell me you like him ?'

l blush at his words but mangus misunderstands that l was blushing because of jack so he snatches away the phone from my hands .

'Listen you fucker don't you dare talk to my girlfriend or come near her'

'WHAT THE FUCK? WHY IS SHE WITH YOU AT THIS LATE AT NIGHT? DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH HER I WILL PROTECT HER FROM YOU AT ANY COST'

Jack was so loud that l could hear his voice.

'I am enough to protect her and she is my GIRLFRIEND got it? lf you ever try to take her away from me l will shoot you right between those eyes of yours'

Mangus ends the call .

'You shouldn't have talked to him like that he has good intentions; give me the phone mangus'

Mangus stares at my stretched hand angrily but gives back my phone and turns to face the other side to sleep . l switch off my phone and try to sleep but l couldn't l carved his warmth but l didn't wanted to apologise to him cause there was nothing wrong in what l did so instead of giving him an fake apology the real thing he wanted was for me to give him reassure .

l poke him on his back with my finger but he doesn't turn so l call his name but he still doesn't respond so l climb on top of him while he was facing the other side and l try to turn him over but instead l turn over and was about to fall from the bed but mangus grabs my arm before l hit the the ground and pulls me up on top of him .

'Are you crazy ? you could have cracked your head open lf l didn't catch you in time , What the hell is going on in that little head of yours ?'

'I am sorry l will never do that again' l look at him with puppy eyes and he pulls me so my head lays on his chest .

'You know Jack is a great friend of mine '
Magnus huffs in anger

'He has saved me from the hell life l was living ; When l was in darkness he came as a light many times and saved me from disappearing in that drakness so even lf he hurts me l don't have the heart to hurt him back so please don't take this as l like or love him l just feel grateful for the things he has done for me over the years and now also he is just trying to protect me cause he thinks you will hurt me'

'I will never hurt you baby doll' He takes my face in his hands and creases it softly.

'I know that but he doesn't so don't be angry'

'I am not angry l am just -' He turns his face on the side.

'What are you saying ?'

'I am just jealous of him' he turns to say and l see him blushing

'Are you blushing mangus?' he turns his face again on the side but l grab his chin and make him face me .

'You are so damb cute' l say while l kiss his cheeks

'I am not cute'

'Yes , yes you are my cutie'
