Po was born in a small village in China. His mother was a panda who lived in the nearby forest, and his father was unknown. From an early age, Po showed a love for Kung Fu and a natural talent for it. He would spend hours practicing on his own and watching the local Kung Fu masters in action.
One day, a group of Kung Fu warriors came to the village. They were led by a wise old turtle named Master Oogway. Master Oogway had a vision that a great warrior would come from this village and save China from a great evil.
As Master Oogway watched the young Po practicing Kung Fu, he realized that Po was the warrior he had been seeking. He approached Po's parents and told them of his vision. They were shocked but honored that their son had been chosen.
