It was part of what they needed, though maybe not something strictly necessary. Suga loosened his embrace for a moment, his gaze drifting down toward his wrist.
"Ugh… my scent gland is here, right?"
"Yeah. So just scent me, you did it once."
"When?"
"When you were in heat. The scent stayed on me for three days."
"Okay…"
"Should I change my clothes first?"
"No, just… come closer."
From what he had read, scenting your partner was supposed to be simple. So when Zion stared blankly, waiting for him to do it, Suga tried releasing his pheromones. By now it was something he was used to, it no longer took real effort just to control how much of his scent he let out.
"It smells nice," Zion commented softly.
Suga brushed his hand along Zion's nape, letting his pheromones grow stronger. Observing his reaction, he noticed Zion's brow crease slightly.
"Is it too much?"
"No, ugh… it just smells too good— …"
