As things were, between the four of them, Jian Ao Tian was at the Peak of the Nascent Soul Stage and was just short of advancing to the Resonance Stage… in fact, saying he was just short was a bit exaggerated. He was prepared to advance at any given moment; all he had to do was 'choose' what he resonated with. As this was a big decision, Jian Ao Tian was currently hesitating, as his person path of cultivation made him want to choose one way, but the heritage and resources of Qian Jian Shan meant it would be easier for him to follow the well-trodden path.
Between his own path, and the one that was prepared for him… it was indeed a difficult choice. Adding on the fact that being in the Nascent Soul Stage still held some advantages over being in the Resonance Stage, Jian Ao Tian was holding back his cultivation while carefully considering the future.
