With these mysteries in his heart, Di Tou stopped looking at the ripple view for a moment, while judging how much energy he had. Using the ripples hadn't been easy, especially not to the extent of covering a continent. Di Tou vaguely felt he could either spread the ripples further, increase the level of restriction, or be more or less specific with what he wanted.
The natural issue was that the more 'broad' his restriction, then naturally the more energy would be used up to stop individuals from preforming the action, and the quicker the ripples would be used up.
An example would be if Di Tou made a declaration that involved mortals, such as everyone should stop eating, the energy from the ripples would be used up extraordinarily fast, as no matter how weak an individual was, at least one ripple would be used up. Trying to stop the millions and billions of mortal lives from living wasn't something that even Di Tou could manage or control.
