In the end, Di Tou didn't get to see Wang Jing Hua this time around. Although it had been planned that she would head back from the workshop for dinner, it was quite common for her to become engrossed in her work and remain distracted through the night, or to have some other matter come up. So in the end, Di Tou simply shared cup of tea after cup of tea, chatting with Wang Ku Mang about all sorts of things for quite a bit of time before having to bid farewell.
Although such a situation was indeed a bit tragic, as Di Tou hadn't managed to see Wang Jing Hua as he had wished on his one day of vacation in all these years, Di Tou didn't feel too bad about it. Having a one on one conversation with Wang Ku Mang was pretty good too!
