AYAN'S POV
In the following days, I began to prepare to leave the palace. I charted my journey and how I would go about it. I would also discuss with Teon so we would know ahead how we wanted our trip to go.
We first planned on seeing the man who helped Teon, as it was the nearest location we would reach. Then we would go to the castle of the north wind to find this mysterious woman who knew who I was. Along the way, we would need to stop at various waypoints to rest for the night or eat so I was also deciding on where those spots would be.
I couldn't believe Arsen was letting me travel with his son, considering he was the Crown Prince after all. Arsen had informed me the night before that he would have me travel with a large entourage to ensure Teon's safety. I'm just honored that he trusts me that much.
We were seated at a table in one of the sitting rooms in his wing, going over how our journey would be so he would understand.
