After Dylan entered the house, Lily hurriedly took his luggage from him.
Dylan was a second away from saying, "No need." However, her actions were quicker than his words, so he had no choice but to swallow his words back down.
Lily was overjoyed.
The suitcase was large and plain, but it had wheels. Hence, it was easy for Lily to bring it to the walk-in closet.
As she opened the suitcase to unpack it, Lily voiced, "At the end of the day, I'm the one who's troubling you, Mr. Hudson. Helping you with some things will make me feel less guilty. I'm good at packing and tidying things anyway."
However, Dylan had been living on his own for a long while. He, too, was skilled in tidying his own clothes.
Due to his experiences in life, he was a rather disciplined person. Even his bedsheets were folded neatly every morning.
In the suitcase were a few sets of suits he had packed for his business trip, and Lily took them all out.
