Lu Muchen's schedule was packed up with work. it was his assistant that reminded him that it was lunch time. Lu Muchen would usually order his meal to the office.
He wanted to do something else today.
Lu Muchen went to his private elevator and headed towards the Engineering department.
As soon as his foot stepped out of the elevator all attention was on him.
" CEO Lu " the employees all greeted him as he passed by. He headed towards the Directors office. He knocked on the door shocking every soul present at the scene.
He is the CEO of the company how in the world would he have to knock.
" come in it open " Cheng Yinan said to the person behind the door.
Lu Muchen pushed open the door and leaned on it. He saw Cheng Yinan busy with her head bowed down working. Cheng Yinan raised her head and saw him leaning on the door.
" oh it you " Cheng Yinan was a little surprised.
" Would you like to have lunch with me " Lu Muchen asked loud enough for the rest of the people at the scene to hear.
" but am not done with my work yet " Cheng Yinan said looking around her desk.
" it an order from the CEO " Lu Muchen said with a smile. " I guess I have no choice " Cheng Yinan replied him enjoying his little play. She packed up and went to him so they could leave.
When they got to the parking lot, Lu Muchen turned. " do you have any particular restaurant you want to go " he asked. " Not really " Cheng Yinan answered him.
Lu Muchen opened the door to the front passenger seat for Cheng Yinan.
He then drove to a 3 star Michelin restaurant.
XinXin restaurant was very popular around the city. it had a unique style. It was divided to three parts. One was a part that served Chinese cuisine, the other Japanese and the last Korean cuisine.
Lu Muchen and Cheng Yinan had all the attention to themselves.
The waiter led them to an empty table and they sat comfortably.
" CEO Lu, long time " a bald middle aged man came towards the couple. Lu Muchen recognized the man since he was also in the business industry. " long time Mr. Gu " Lu Muchen responded to his greetings.
The bald man noticed Cheng Yinan. she was beautiful even when she was dressed in a business attire. He had a lustful look in his eyes. His reaction did not sit well with Lu Muchen. " Mr. Gu meet my girlfriend " Lu Muchen said marking his territory. " oh she is the future Mrs. Lu " The man regained himself quickly. Cheng Yinan just gave a friendly smile.
Lu Muchen liked it when she was called Mrs. Lu. Cheng Yinan on the other hand was blushing because of how she was addressed.
" I'll get going the CEO Lu " the man proceeded to leave the couple alone.
The couple ordered their meal. it was delicious. their meal went by with Lu Muchen filling Cheng Yinan's plate with food. He kept on encouraging her to eat. Even though her plate was piled with food, Cheng Yinan still enjoyed the attention.
